The EVGA SC is the best out of those IMO. EVGA has the best customer service and warranty. At $334, those are good prices. Jump on it while you can.

GTX 1070 ti would be significantly better choice. Performance is closer to GTX 1080.

only thing my budget was around 300 for a gpu but I decided to add 30ish more dollars for the 1070
