GTX 550 ti
or
GTX 460

some webs are showing that the gtx 460 is better than 550ti. But gtx460 is cheaper than 550ti

The 460 beats the 550ti across the board. But, these were low end cards 6 YEARS ago and will not perform well, if at all, in most recent games.

ULTRA... no GTA V maxed will use close to 4GB of VRAM your mostly looking at cards with 1gb or less. 460 GT in general is better than the 550 ti unless you get the 3gb version that one in newer titles will be slightly ahead because of the VRAM difference.

MSAA= Off TXAA=Off
MSAA offers a poor FPS-to-visual quality “ratio” and should be disabled,
TXAA is heavily taxing on lowend GPU'S like those.

Grass quality settings= High

Shader quality = High

Reflection Quality= Medium

Tessellation = High

That is where you want to start out and lower depending on what your FPS is.
