Which is the best model of motherboards?

i would like to ask for an advice of which model of FOXCONN motherboards are good to use.. is it G41S-K or G33M-S model?

On the Intel side their best MB is the P67A-S. On the AMD side, their best MB is the A9DA-S.

I don't like nor recommend Foxconn, and I don't like their sleazy business practices.
