I've doing an upgrade to my PC to get it at minimum gaming standards for today's games. I've got a budget of US$300 for CPU, MB and RAM, and maybe an extra $100 for a new GPU if it proves necessary. I'm going for a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor and G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory.
But I'd just like to check which of these motherboards (if any) are the most suitable. My current graphics card will cover anything immediately "south" of the PCI-E x 16 slot and I need a PCI slot for my network card. I'm leaning towards the Asrock as I can get a rebate for it here in Canada, I just want to check I haven't overlooked anything stupid (I have done that before!)
MSI Performance B450M Gaming Plus AM4 AMD Micro ATX Motherboard
ASRock B450M PRO4 AM4 AMD Promontory Micro ATX Motherboard
ASUS Prime B450M-A/CSM AM4 AMD Micro ATX Motherboard
