which is the best motherboard out of these 3 for gaming?

They will all perform about equally. Asus and Gigabyte tend to have the best motherboard reliability reputations. But I just bought an MSI to put in my wife's computer. Do you like red and black or not? Do you want to send $15-20 more for the Asus? That's all it really boils down to.
