Which one is the best of the two??

1.GTX 560Ti 1GB
2.HD 6870 1GB.

I personally choose nVidia because they tend to release driver updates more frequently and in general I've had better luck with. Here's a website review to give you an idea:

560 Ti is better, "in general". that means that in most cases it beats the 6870, and sometimes only falls behind.

The GTX560ti is the faster card. Without specifying what would make a card "better" I'm assuming you mean performance.
