Which is the best p35 motherboad and why?

I'm thinking of a budget of about £80 and I get the idea that Gigabyte GA P35 DS3 or the Asus P5N or K are the best
mobo choices. What do you think?

What is the difference between a P5N and P5K anyway?

P5N is an nVidia 650i chipset mobo, P5K is Intel P35.
