The first 4, no.
CCleaner, used sparingly, OK. And stay out of the "registry cleaner function" in that.

The best maintenance software exists between your ears.

I don't use any of that manner of thing. I find in most cases that they are just more additional resource hogs and clutter.

I suggest judicious surfing with a good AV and ad blocker in place. When things go south have backups and use the restore utility that is part of Win

I use probably ten Windows computers between office and home, and use none of these tools, never had a need for that. Driving cautiously is much better than having big bumper and airbags.

Fully agree with all of the above. CCleaner if anything at all and likewise I do not use the Registry functions.

I have used all in past, and i also find that none of them is necessary. At the moment, using CCleaner and Glary Utilities Pro whose inbuilt tool is able to defragment HDD a lot faster than Microsoft tool and also has a driver updater.
