which is the best PSU

i recently bought r9 270 , i5 4440 , 8gb ram and i need a good psu that can handle this rig good

Out of those options I'd get the Seasonic. It's a budget line with Teapo capacitors but is still quite robustly made.

The other two are not good choices and are inferior to the Seasonic.

The S12II is much better than the first 3. It's not Haswell ready but neither is my PSU and it runs fine. Just disable the C7 and C6 sleep states in the BIOS to prevent the PSU getting upset at weird crossloads.
