I would like to know how to safely wipe a laptop's SSD and HDD at the same time?

The OS (Win 10) is installed on the SSD?

Please tell me!

It depends on purpose of the ssd/hdd wipe.

If for reinstall, then diskpart clean is enough.
If for resale, then manufacturers secure erase tool for ssd, dban for hdd.

My SSD model is SAMSUNG MZVLW128HEGR-000L2 ,could you please check somehow if it is supported by Samsung Magician,the tool for wiping a Samsung a SSD?

SSD Magician only supports Samsung-branded SSDs.
Samsung-manufactured OEM SSDs are not supported. PM961 is not supported.

Oh,I've just checked,but Parted Magic is not free! I need a free tool for wiping of the SSD!

Well it is a long story...
But in short way, I am experiencing issues with my laptop's GPU clocks frequencies!
I have done a ton of things to fix that issues,but nothing had helped to fix them so far!
So I would like to wipe the hard drives,to see if the issues have been caused by a malware that cannot be erased by a simple formatting and reinstalling the OS!

Well it is a long story...

Any malware on the drive cannot survive through a clean install where you actually delete all partitions on it.
And as always, you install the OS with only that one drive connected.

Yes, there's no need for DBAN or secure erase of SSD for that. Diskpart clean will do it just fine.

Is Diskpart equal to deleting of all of the partitions,and then creating new?
I've just deleted all of the partitions,created new and I'm installing the OS now!

Pretty much the same. It additionally wipes drive signature and all partitioning info.
