[SOLVED] Which is the best way to have your case fans installed?

I have four fans currently in my case that I bought, I have one in the back one in the front and two at the top and they're all 120mm. I want to know is it better to install them to where they're bringing cool air into the case or should I have them all install to where they're blowing hot air out? Also would it be better if I maybe had the top fans bring in air and the other two fans to push hot air out?

This was the case I bought a year ago when I was going to build a new pc but I got sidetracked and now I see I should have picked a better one but anyways this is the case so I'm trying to see which is the best way for me to have my four fans in here installed.

Ok, so I would set up the fans this way...

Front-Intake
Rear-Exhaust
Top (both fans)-Exhaust

Also I bought The cooler Master hyper 2012 CPU cooler and which way should I have it facing inside of the case?

I'd face the fan towards the front of the case so when it's running air is being pushed through the heatsink and out of the rear/top of the case.
