Which is the best?

I'm looking at the new Z97 chipset motherboards and I really don't know which I should pick. I'm mainly using it for gaming but I will do homework on it too. My case will be the NZXT H440 and I'm going to get a GTX 770. I might add another in the future. I'm not planning on getting a CPU cooler now, but I'm looking forward to purchasing the NZXT Kraken X60 or the Swiftech H320. I need help in picking a new mobo, thanks!

ASRock z97 extreme 4 is a good motherboard if you're getting an overclockable chip and you want a motherboard with good overclocking features.

ASRock z97 Pro 4 is a good motherboard for just functionality and maybe a small overclock if you have an overclockable chip.

Asus Z97-A if you can afford it.
Asus Z97-A is a good overclocking board. The new BIOS is good and easy to navigate. Quality is outstanding, better than the ASrock although spec wise, the Asrock edges out but Asus Z97 SLI already fulfil your needs.

ASRock z97 extreme 4 or ASRock z97 Pro 4 if on a budget. (Pros and cons mentioned above)
