which is the best??

when asking questions like this is always recommended to list your full specs. because we can really recommend something that goes well with your system and will not bottleneck anything or at least be minimal.

but in my area only 1gb edition is available

Actually it comes in 1GB only

Within the price range , there are two cards : HD 7770 and R7 250X .they are equal in performance.

Zotac GT 740 is not bad but R7 250X/HD 7770 are 50% faster.

if there is directx 12 update from microsoft in future, then also driver updates for the GPU from manufacturer is also there

if you are afraid of future updates from manufacturer then add some extra cash and get r7 260x which is arround of 9k in local stores

The tessellation performance on AMD Radeon R7/ R9 series is up to 2X faster than the previous generation, and DirectCompute performance is also faster to accelerate advanced post-processing, filtering, and anti-aliasing techniques. Direct X12 games has never looked this good.

* Based on preliminary DirectX 12 specifications as of July, 2014, AMD’s GCN-based products are expected to support DirectX 12 upon its release. The DirectX 12 specification and support for it are subject to change without notice.

this is what they say in the site?? please clarify

get r7 or r9 series GPU they support latest Directx(11.2), the chances of getting update of directx 12 are highest on this series. No comment about 7770 but still have faith on the manufacturer to release update for it in future
