Which of these is the better monitor for fairly competitive gaming whilst wanting my game to look somewhat decent (2060 super and ryzen 3600)

thank you, do you know what the ghosting is like for IPS panels compared to TN and VA

ghosting is usually not that big of an issue with IPS. they rather have problems with backlight bleeding and glow.
