Hi guys, I am about to upgrade / update my 5 year old PC but can't make my mind up on which would be the better of the 2 builds I have in mind.
I am in the UK and I have a budget of around £700 (maybe a little more for the right system).
I am also trying to save on some parts so I can hopefully spend more on better parts that I do need, e.g. save on a PSU by using my current Corsair TX750 80Plus Bronze = spend more on GPU.
The parts I plan on salvaging from my current PC are the PSU, a 1Tb Hdd, a 64Gb Crucial SSD and a few fans.

The first system I have in mind is:-
MoBo - Gigabyte Z390 UD This One
CPU - I5 8600k or I5 9600k
RAM - 2x 8Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 LPX 2666MHz This One
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6Gb This One
and a CPU cooler, but I have no idea what sort to get, either liquid or air cooling. Any suggestions welcomed.....

The cooler I am using now is a Corsair H80 Water Cooler that I bought about 4 years ago to put on my I5 2500k SandyBridge, but I don't think that will be good enough for an 8th or 9th Gen CPU.

The other system being considered is:-
MoBo - ASRock Z390 PRO4 This One
CPU - I5 8600k or I5 9600k
RAM - 2x 8Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 LPX 3200MHz This One
GPU - ASRock Radeon RX 590 Phantom 8GB This One
and same as before with the CPU cooler

It will all be housed in my current Cooler Master Elite 430 Tower case
It's main purpose will be gaming (although I am not a prolific gamer) but I also do 3D Printing as well so I may be running CAD software from time to time.

I, personally, am more in favour of the second build but what do you folks think ?
Do you agree, or disagree …………
.................or can you make any system suggestions yourselves.

All answers will be looked at, read, and responded to (if needed).
Thanks, in advance, Guys

Solution
Second one on account of faster RAM and a bit better GPU. If in good working condition and no crazy OC , Corsair H80 should be good enough in either case.
