Which is the better buy?

Hey guys I just built a new computer and it's time to upgrade my monitor. I really have no idea what to look for in a monitor but browsing around on newegg I found two similar ASUS monitors. Besides the fact that one has built in speakers and the other doesn't are there are major differences?

If there are any problems with these and you want to suggest any others I'd be grateful.

This will be used primarily for gaming- Battlefield 3 and diablo 3 when it comes out and the occasional viewing of blurays.

besides the speakers, one if 24" other is 23,6".
VE248H have less bright, and lower contrast ratio.

looking at them i would go for the cheapest

first of all built in speakers don't have a good sound, unless you don't have any sound system you will use the built in speakers, so the price difference + higher constrat ratio i would take that one...
