Which is the better CPU and GPU combo?

Which one is better?

I3 6100 + GTX 1060 6gb

or

i5 6400 + RX 480 4gb

I'm hoping to play gta 5, Battlefield 1 and similar games 1080p@60

i5 with RX 480 is better for those games.

The game performance of both CPU's is almost identical. The GTX 1060 has a slight advantage over the RX 480 in most games, but for the most part, it's a toss up. A lot will depend on how the cards are clocked and the amount of VRAM.
