Which is the better gpu for its price.

Which one will be a better buy between these two regarding the price & performance.
1. Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 260 X 2 GB DDR5
2. Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5

The 260x's price fluctuates between 9k & 10k whereas the 270x is 14k-15k.

As you can see, the 270x just completely destroys the 260x so if it was up to me I'd either get a 270x or a 270.

well the 270x is definitely just stronger but you can get away a 260x at lower resolutions

I would really consider a 270 to be minimum for 1080p

Depends on what your will to spend Yes the 270 and 270 x is going to be far better then a 260x .

I use the Sapphire Radeon r7 260x 2gb GDDR5 OC, and I gotta tell you, im impressed. Yes the 270x is better, but if you are on a budget go for the 260x 2GB OC.

I played Tomb Raider on Ultimate Settings with smooth gameplay with some lag on Heavy Cutscenes, but 93% of the game was absolutely playable, only lag on certain cutscenes . Of course I had to turn V-sync off and edit SSAO and Anti-Aliasing, but I still got to play on Highest settings.

Now if you can afford the 270x then go for it! But if you are tight on money then the 260x 2GB OC is not a bad choice.

I also game on 1920 x 1200 and it is still smooth
