Which is the better motherboard

Hello! Looking for a cheap motherboard to accompany my Xeon e3 1231 V3 and R9 380x and I've pretty much narrowed it down to these two.

Can't really decide which is better. Are they pretty much the same or is there like a difference(s) that would make one better than the other, and which would you take? Maybe there is a better one around the same price? Thanks in advance.

I would always take Gigabyte over Asus but thats just from experience. They are pretty similar. Honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them.

go for this one...slightly higher price...but its not a matx but an atx...with lots more expansion...
