I have Dell XPS 8930(Intel Core i7-8700 - 6 Cores with 32 GB RAM and 2 TB Hard drive with Optane). Want to have the PCIe NVME SSD for running dual boot Ubuntu Linux. Could very well have the SATA 3 SSD but i can have some more $$$ to have a slightly faster PCIe NVMe SSD.
I have checked my mother board - i have this slot:
x4 available.

Is this good one for my needs:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M20VBU7/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

OR
this one:

Or this one:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078471VNX/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3ISMVC1FTQD6C

Please help me with that.

I would go with the Samsung 960 EVO, best of the three. I didn't check that your motherboard is compatible with PCIe M.2, but I assume that you did.
