I have been looking for a uwqhd monitor in the 400usd price range and so far this is what i have found. What would you pick and why ? Also leave any better options that you know of.

I personally love monitors with VESA mounting options. Between the two you've listed I'd go with the MSI because of the higher refresh rate but it lacks the VESA mounting support.
