[SOLVED] Which is the cheapest gpu I should buy for smooth youtube 4k60fps and movies,no gaming?

pc case: Be quiet Pure Base 500 windowless
motherboard: asus prime 470-plus
cpu(and gpu currently): i5 10600
ram: 2x8gb trident z 3000ghzcl15(running at 2666)
powersupply: Be quiet Straight Power 11 Platinum 650w
storage: samsung nvme m2 evo plus 500gb

Intel UHD630 does work,but it stutters at times and is slow in certain situations,so I was thinking to get a dedicated gpu if I can find something really cheap.
Can you recommend me something available on amazon or other eu seller?

I use a GT1030 since it is the cheapest with an HDMI 2.0 port, comes in a 30W passive version which is great for my HTPC. You could also look at the RX540.

I found a radeon hd7850 1gb sapphire edition GPU for 10 dollars available second hand near me, but I am not sure if that would play 4k youtube smoothly.

How much memory is allocated to the integrated graphics? Try increasing it and see if that helps. I’d expect the integrated graphics to be adequate.
