Which is the on-die graphics of i5-2400?

It's been 3 months till I bought an i5-2400. According to.intel's website, the on-die graphics of the processor is HD 2000. But in GPU-Z, it shows that the graphics processor is GT-1(HD 1000). What am I Supposed to do is there any difference between them? or is it just an error?
I'd be thankful for an explanative and detailed answer. And if you wanna know anything more from me, I'm.always here.

I would assume its an error on GPU-Z's part as the Intel website clearly shows the i5-2400 with HD2000. http://ark.intel.com/products/52207

Are you using an outdated version of GPU-Z? Try the latest: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/
