Which kit should I get?

Which kit is better quality/faster?

Is "Teamgroup" a good brand? I've barely even heard of them before.

And I bought two 2x4GB kits and put them together to make 16GB, will it work if they are exactly identical?

I would go for the Avexir kit, as I havent heard of Teamgroup. The Avexir kit also operate at lower timings (CAS), which should make up for the lower ram speed.

I would go with teamgroup, I know the brand.
the slower speeds are why the timings are lower. the faster the ram the higher the timings, its like a law.
TeamGroups DDR4 2400 has timings the same as the Avexir.
