which laptop has the better gpu here?

so as the title states, i am looking through amazon for a laptop that fits my budget, so i found a laptop with a 3gb dedicated 1060, and a laptop with a 4gb dedicated 1050ti.
my question here is which is better? i am aware the 1060 is more powerful but is 3gb enough for lets say, witcher 3?

i appreciate anyone telling me that a desktop is better, but given my circumstances i can't get a desktop.

The only times 3 GB vs 4 GB of vram make a big difference at 1080p is using high levels of AA, and games with ultra high quality texture packs. In pretty much every case, you can just drop settings a tiny bit to get the VRAM usage down and it should run great. But nothing will make a 1050 ti as fast as a 1060.
