Which laptop is better for personal use hp or local brand DCL?

Hp 14 i3 7100u is well-known brand laptop, DCL it's local brand laptop in bangladesh ? DCL makes low cost laptop for students and it personals, which is better?

I would go for HP as locally made laptops might have problems with overheating(after some time of usage) and computer starts throttling(slows down) to avoid overheating.

Dont get me wrong I have never heard of DLC. they might be a better brand than HP. all depends if you know other people who have DLC laptop after at least 3 years still working fine.
