hey guys, i been digging around for good laptops for past few weeks, and i got down to some choices. but im not sure which one seems to be the best.

my budget is around 800-1000 pounds.

here are what i seen to be decent and recommended:

ASUS TUF A15

ideapad L340

MSI Alpha15

or should i get a custom laptop built for me?

im not sure what to go for.

i need a laptop for the portability. and an entry level into gaming.
all of these are 8gb of ram, and i want 16gb, so might have to upgrade if i really need it.

just need couple of extra eyes into this, and an more expertise advice :D

Try and find ASUS TUF A15 with at least 16GB ram, also see if you can find for your budged 1660, if not 1650 is fine also.
Don't go for custom builds...

I personally like the chassis of A15 much better than your other 2 choices (better cooling, longer life).

entry level gaming, but also portability, because i work and have to bring laptop to work. and dont want to buy desktop, and still spend money on a laptop for work.
work dont care if its a personal laptop or not, so doesnt matter about brands or rgb, and battery life isnt a problem either.

I have been using ASUS TUF A15 laptop for the last 1 year. It feels like is it comfortable for work with good battery and screen display. I use a laptop for 10-12 hrs per day and I haven't faced any issue about battery or speed or anything. I have bought this laptop from Lazadan at a discounted price using Lazada coupons on sale. If you are planning to buy a laptop, it is better to buy laptop on season sale to save big on the laptop.
