[SOLVED] Which laptop to pick?

hey everyone, i am new here. i want to buy a gaming laptop.
got two laptops i am thinking to buy. the're on nearly same price. one have better specs then other but i am not sure if its better. give me your two cents
and if you got other recommendation, ill post what i want it for.

1. What is your budget? - around 3k usd

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? - 17.3" preferable

3. What screen resolution do you want? - dont care, mostly ill play on the laptop itself

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? - portable is not all important, but it would be nice if i am on vacation traveling, so it would be nice to have it portable aswell. but mostly ill use it at home

5. How much battery life do you need? - doesnt matter, ill use it mostly plugged

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? - ill play mostly on.

C. Diablo 3 and 4 in the future.
also COD etc... etc..

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) - watching videos 4k, maybe some editing, but nothing professional

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? - 1t should be enough. tho i dont know

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop? - hopefully 5-6 years

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ? - dont need

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. - i saw some nice reviews on Asus. love the way the Asus ROG zephyrus s gx701 looks like.
