Which Laptop's Better?

Which laptop is better for games like CSGO, Minecraft, H1Z1? Someone told me quad core is better no matter what so im asking you guys. Please help im a pc noob.

The N3700 is Atom-based, which means it has what's essentially a smartphone or tablet CPU. They really shouldn't be in a laptop at all in my opinion, and it would likely not run the games you're looking to play.

Best would be an Intel 6xxx or 7xxx CPU, but between those two, the AMD A9 is better.
