Which Lenovo laptop from these

Which among these for general home/business use would be best to have?
Is there any reason to not consider any of these?

Lenovo S340 (AMD Ryzen 3 3200U) -> 400$
Lenovo S340 (Intel i3-8145U) -> 300$
Lenovo S340 (Intel i5-8265U) -> 400$

Is Walmart a reliable place to buy from?

I'd go with the $400 Intel version. I got one for my daughter and the only issue I have with it s the mouse is a bit slow but that's personal preference, overall a very nice light computer.

The 2 intel models show 128 GB SSD. Can I add another hard drive to it? Or is my only option to replace the existing hard drive?

The version with the i5-8265U core shows that it has a 256GB SSD. But to answer your question the S340 has two drive slots, one for an M.2 style SSD and another for a 2.5 inch drive. So if you want a second drive in it you can put a 2.5 inch Hard Drive or SSD in it's secondary slot.
