Umm :( i still get fps drops from game, previously i had manufacturer's drivers and fps droped too :(

You need to tell us:

1) Windows version (i.e. W10 Home 64-bit)
2) CPU (i.e. FX-4300)
3) system memory (i.e. 8GB... specifically 2x4GB 1866MHz CAS9

4) What game, at what settings?

Telling us you get "FPS drops" in a game tells us nothing useful.

1) OS: Win 10 64 bit
2) CPU: i5 6500
3) RAM: 8gb ddr4
4) COD Black ops 3, all on max

Apply those settings then see how you compare. At 1920x1080 you should average about 49FPS though it's not a repeatable benchmark.

Are you getting roughly that FPS?
Do you mean "stutter" when you say "FPS drops"?

Do you have only 2GB of VRAM?

(The game uses more VRAM than 2GB on the higher settings)

If the game is stuttering or dropping low FPS suddenly then I suggest dropping settings to LOW for now and see how smooth the game runs.

If the game runs smooth then it's just a matter of increasing settings until it's the highest you can go without stuttering.
