Im stuck between this 4 coolers, i want which to know which will give the best performance. i have researched all but they seem almost similar in performance. (i will be cooling an overclocked i5 8600k)

Coolers
ID-Cooling Frostflow 120L
Deepcool Captain 120EX
MasterLiquid Lite ML120L
Corsair Hydro Series H60

Without clearance restraints, there probably isn't anything better. I would get the H60, just don't overclock very far. 4.5GHz MAX and even then it might get a little overwhelmed by that amount of heat. Think of it this way: a 120mm AIO is basically equivalent to a Hyper 212 Evo, with just a little bit more cooling capacity because of the water. That's about it.
I wouldn't buy any of them for overclocking an 8600k. They're all similar in performance to a single fan air cooler, which is ultimately not sufficient for overclocking an 8600k, at least if the 8600k is say, 4.5GHz+.

Something like a 240mm AIO would be better, or a 2 fan tower cooler. The best air coolers would be enough to handle a pretty heavy overclock on an 8600k. Most 240mm AIOs would as well. The 120 versions are just not very effective.

To answer your question, though, I would take the H60 over the others. Corsair's AIOs are better build quality and the included fans are pretty good compared to the other 3.

The reason why I chose those cooler is because I will be building in the evolve shift by phanteks which is a mini itx case that does not have space for a 240mm rad, do you have another suggestion for a cooler though?
