Which MB: Asus P5B or Gigabyte 965PS3?

I am trying to decide which to buy in the next few days. Any help would be great.

They are both good boards. The S3 is a forum favorite. Pick one based on features, then make sure you get the latest revision.
If it were me, I would look at a P35 chipset motherboard.

Thanks for the response. I think I am going to get the S3 in the end. I am upgrading from an ASUS P5GD2 Deluxe and have no experience with Gigabyte boards. I found the info I wanted with goggle but I was looking for personal experiences.

I am sort of limited in what I can buy as an American living in Europe not using a credit card. If I were in the US I would be on Newegg with plastic in hand (and spending to much money 8) )
