Which Mb of these two is better

or
GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S2H
they both have same price. and same specs (as far as i see)

The Asus has 1 pci x1 lane extra, also the Asus has 8x USB 2.0, 4x USB 3.0 whilst the Gigabyte has 6x USB 2.0, 6x USB 3.0. Other than that they are pretty much identical.
