Which mb shld i use with spfcn?

My mb biostar g41 with intel pentiun pcser +4gb DDR3 ram in a single slot i used.now my mb failed .Q1)Now which mb i would use with same specifications? Q2) which Grahic card supports ?
Q3)if i change mb will i use 1*4gb DDR3 in a single slot?

That's quite an old board, and probably not worth investing anything into it.

Q1. The cheapest, compatible LGA775 motherboard you can find
Q2. Should support anything up to GTX700 series without issue - but with a Pentium CPU, those cards are likely going to be wasted in this setup.
Q3. Depends on the board specifically. Some 775 boards support DDR2 or DDR3, others have slots for both (although can't be used together - it's one or the other). Of the era, a 4GB module was typically the maximum supported by any one slot - so 1x4GB *should* be ok, but will depend on the board.
