Hello, I am looking for mechanical keyboard with possibly MX Red (or counterpart) with advanced macros capability. What does that mean?

It needs to have 3 options: Single, toggle, hold

So executing macros depending on key state.

Second thing is I would like to have programmable random delays and this is where problem arises. So far I have only seen this in logitech lua macros and nothing else.

It would be perfect to have something like programmable macros but I have following questions:

  1. Does logitech write their lua macros to device itself or is it executed in system?
If it is executed on system then it may not work with all software and essentially wouldn't be much different than autohotkey
  2. I want to override ANY key with that macro, does logitech allow this?
  3. Is there any other brand that does have advanced macros and fits my needs?
Money doesn't matter.

As for model I like, Gaming G Pro looks good (I don't like numpad or additional buttons on the left)

My fault for bad phrasing. What I ment to ask is why can't you use Autohotkey?
Because it doesn't work with software I want to use, it has to be hardware macros.

Namely keyboard will be used with proprietary operation system. No options to install anything.

I was thinking about QMK keyboards but that looks too complex, even tho I could compile myself a firmware for a keyboard.

The other thing was Hasu usb to usb converter but it's not possible to buy anymore.
