Hi, I've decided to upgrade my system a bit and want to overclock. I currently have an AMD Phenom II x6 1100t and an AMD Radeon HD 6870. I'm currently using an older motherboard with 800mhz DDR2 memory. Until i make my upgrade decisions, i'm going to overclock my CPU using the multiplier only.
However, I'm not sure what memory to buy. I'm a bit confused about memory speed and voltage-- From what i understand, 1600 mhz is the standard for gaming now. I'm going to game but I also do a lot of video editing and rendering; i'm pretty sure that 16 GB of 1600mhz memory would do me just fine for a while. However, I know that when overclocking you need to raise the memory speed. I also know that a lot of memory doesn't actually run at the advertised speed--at 1333 instead of 1600, for example. So would my "overclocking" involve raising the speed from 1333 to 1600, or raising it above that to a higher speed?
Also, what kind of voltage should I be looking for? I'm pretty sure voltage should match the CPU, but should it also match the motherboard's voltage?
Finally, here are the 3 things of memory i'm looking at: which is the best for overclocking?

Which of those is best and most compatible with my CPU?
