Which memory should I get?

I'm currently sitting on 6GB and I'm often having memory issues while playing video games. I'd like to upgrade 16 GB, which memory should I get?

I'd prefer a more cost-efficient RAM over a high performance one. My range is around 100~ but less is better, thank you.

I would get the 2x8GB kit so you are running in dual channel.
