Which memory???

I've been looking at these 2 PC8500 memory sticks from OCZ.

Anyone see a difference? The only thing that makes the price different IMO, is the heatsinks, or am I wrong? I'm planning on using these in a P35 based 1333/1066MHz Mobo.

No you are right, just different heatspreaders. Personally I'd get Crucial Ballistix as it's the best around at the minute, but your choice.
