Which micro atx motherboard should i use for an i3 and a gtx750ti. Im making a budget build for around 500-550. Need to know which microATX can handle the CPU and GPU.

We need the complete i3 CPU model to know the motherboard socket... there are i Core 1st through 4th generation CPUs that need different socket motherboards, so we must know the CPU model to know the socket.

Also the price range:
between $50.00 and $75.00?
between $75.00 and $100.00?

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 Haswell Dual-Core 3.5GHz ($129.99)
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate LGA 1150 Intel Z97 ($99.00)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 ($46.99)
PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Cert. ($65.00)
GPU: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card ($130.00)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive ($49.00)

Im tryi ng to save money and stick to 550 budget without the os,monitor, mouse or keyboard. I need to add a case and need a cheaper mobo and more ram i think.

Asus Z97M Plus is the best and you can get a CM or NZXT case or any other case you prefer. Then I recommend a Corsair or G.Skill 8GB RAM (1600 or 1866MHz but nothing above that as it is useless).

Then this should all be below your $550 budget. 😀

Yes. As long as you don't plan on upgrading to an unlocked CPU, or upgrading to the Broadwell line when it comes out, a $50 motherboard will handle the two fine. I would get the cheapest motherboard with onboard USB 3.0 headers.

If you plan to crossfire or sli, you would need a motherboard with multiple PCI lanes, and it would state crossfire or sli support. Unfortunately you can't sli the 750ti, so unless you plan on upgrading to two different GPUs in the future this shouldn't be a concern.
