Which Micro computer will satisfy my purpose?

Hi,
So i recently got into micro computers and I want to make a system. Also can somebody explain to me how the cluster of micro computer works. I want a good Micro computer or cluster which would cost me less than 70$.

Uhh, do you even know what a "micro computer" is?
Cause you'll need to be more specific about what you think they are, and what you want to do with them.
Unless you're talking about something like a RasberryPi, which are used for relatively simple computing, like making a magic mirror:

because by "definition" a microcomputer is technically any computer that isn't the size of an entire room/warehouse like the first computers from the 50s/60s were, i.e. any modern desktop.
