Which mobo and casing is more worth the money?

I plan on buying an i7-4790k. Which mobo is worth it and which casing to buy it with? these are the z97 that i can find that are in stock and easy to access/buy from where I live.

im running the MSI z97 gaming 5, and I absolutelly love it.
also, there are a few things you want to consider about your platform. skylake just got announced, and you might want to consider waiting for it.
also, if you arent overclocking, you might want to consider getting a xeon, as they are cheaper, locked, and still have hyper threading. also, because they are locked you can save on the MoBo as well, because you dont need to buy one that is overclockable.
