Which mobo and which ram?

I'm planning on buying a thunderbird 900 or 950 and ocing it but not much. which motherboard is the best for the buck and is easy to oc (seepu menu etc)? Also, I currently have a p3 450 @ 504 with 128mb pc100 ram. Will this ram work with the new mobo? If not, which ram do I need and which should I get?

For the board I would sugest one of these Asus A7V133, GA7ZXR (2.1), MSI K7T turbo, and for the ram it will work but for better perfomance get some pc133 cas2.
