Which mobo for an FX-8320?

I'm building a new pc.

I'm planning on using an AMD FX-8320, 8GB Ram, GTX 650 Ti, and running windows 7.

I've picked out 3 mobos that are in my price range and use the am3+ socket.

I'm not an expert at Mobos, and I'm unsure as to which would be the best to get, how to tell the difference or if there's really any significant difference at all.
