The Asus Strix B350-F Gaming is better than the Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3.

Asus has 8 power phases | Gigabyte has 7 power phases
Asus has all 6x SATA oriented in 90-deg. layout | Gigabyte has only 2x out of 6x SATA in 90-deg.
Asus has 2x out of 3x PCIe x16 in v3.0 | Gigabyte has only 1x out of 3x PCIe x16 in v3.0
Asus has its PCIe x16 in [x16/x0/x4] or [x8/x4/x4] | Gigabyte has its PCIe x16 in [x16/x4/x1]
Asus always supports 2-way or 3-way CrossFire | Gigabyte *may* only support 2-way CrossFire
Asus uses Intel I211AT LAN controller | Gigabyte only uses Realtek RTL8111G LAN controller
Asus uses SupremeFX S1220A audio codec | Gigabyte has Realtek ALC1220 audio codec
