Which mobo is the better choice?

Which is the better gaming mobo? I'm not sure if one is any better then the other . Can anyone help me with this?

ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 or ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67

The better mobo is the Sabertooth.

Why? it has a 3yr longer warranty, better cooling, etc., but your paying for it.

Performance and overclocking would be near identicle with either board.
