Which MOBO schould i get?

Hey guys thanks for taking your time to help me.

I am thinking about 2 motherbords the MSI 970A-G43 and the MSI 970 Gaming.

This is the list whats gonne be on the MOBO and other stuff i will use:
Cooler master G650M
8 GB RAM 128000U-11-13-B1
500 GB HDD HITACHI
AMD FX-6300 CPU
MSI Radeon R9 270X- Hawk- 2GB GDDR5
