Which MOBO should I choose?

Hey guys, I am going to build my first gaming rig and I wanted to know which of these 2 motherboards would you recommend me to get and why, the prices are the same for both.

First mobo - GA-B75M-D2V
Second mobo - ASROCK B75M-GL
