which mobo should i chose? msi vs gigabyte

so i cant decide between these two motherboards so i would like some advice...

I see why you can't decide here, by specs both of them are very similar. If it were for me I would buy gigabyte, it costs a bit more but marginaly and you get 2 more sata III connectiors and 1 more m.2 slot for a price of slightly worse audio and fewer usbs in the back.
quick update performed, I was looking at Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 at first^^

As somebody with several older boards(z87 and z97) one being MSI, the other Gigabyte. I prefer MSIs bios. Sometimes things are as simple as that. If you plan on overclocking, then the bios will matter a fair amount to you.
Otherwise, I have no opinion.
