Which mobo to go with i7 3930k ?

I'm looking for a reliable mobo (gonna overclock to around 4-4.2g) with a good performance/price ratio, I've got some candidates, what's your suggestions?

ps no sli needed for this build

1 ASUS P9X79
2 ASUS P9X79 pro
3 ASRock X79 Extreme4
4 Gigabyte GA-X79-UDX

I would get a ASUS P9X79 PRO. Intel LAN chip, ASUS quality, but if you want to save a little bit, the ASRock Extreme6 is good as well.

I would say go with the gigabyte base model, I have owned gigabyte motherboards for along time I only recently switched to asus cuz of its gaming rog model and gigabyte gaming model was out of stock, stay away from asrock, go with Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 so you will be future resistant and you can take advantage from the 2 16x pcie to add pcie SSD`s if your enterprise and other great applications.
